Dust is costing
you output.
Phoenix gives you more sun than nearly anywhere, and more dust than nearly anywhere. Purified water, a soft brush, nothing abrasive and nothing that voids a warranty.
- Purified water only
- Warranty-safe
- Before & after photos
Clean glass is
the whole product.
A solar panel is a sheet of glass with a job. Anything that settles on it (Valley dust, pollen, monsoon grit, bird mess, the film left behind when dirty rain dries) is between the sun and the cells. How much output that costs depends on your array, its tilt and how long it's been, and we'll tell you what we actually see on your roof rather than quote you a statistic.
The wash itself is deliberately boring: purified water and a soft brush. No detergents, no abrasives, no high pressure, nothing that scratches the anti-reflective coating or risks a seal. Panels are cleaned from the edge with a pole wherever we can do it that way, because nobody should be walking on your array.
- Purified water and a soft brush: no detergents, no abrasives, no high pressure
- Poled from the edge wherever possible, so nothing is walked on
- Anti-reflective coating and panel seals treated as things not to damage
- Frames and the gaps between panels cleared of built-up grit
- A look at anything obvious while we're up there, like lifted clamps or nesting underneath
- Photos of the array before and after, texted to you
Same array,
same afternoon.
Drag the handle. The panels on the left are what Valley dust does over a season; the right is after a purified-water wash. Every job gets before and after photos texted to you, whether you ask or not.

Roof-mounted array. Valley dust settles into an even film you stop noticing from the ground, until it comes off and the cells underneath go black again.

Count the panels, pick your roof height, and the range appears. Send it over with a photo and we'll turn it into a fixed price.
Solar estimate
No email requiredPanel count and roof height
Count them from the driveway, or read it off your monitoring app. Most Valley homes run 15 to 30.
Two-story roofs take longer to set up and reach safely.
Small arrays sit at our $150 minimum. The drive and the setup cost the same either way.
Send a photo of the array from the driveway and we'll turn that range into a fixed number. Heavy bird mess or years of buildup can push toward the top of it.
A range, not a bid. Panel count and roof access set the price, and we confirm both before anything is booked.

We clean
Purified water, soft brush, poled from the edge. Nothing on your roof that doesn't need to be.
